Blue Yonder Customer Experience Center

Environmental Branding

The first space of its kind for this company, Blue Yonder’s (formerly JDA) Customer Experience Center includes branding in areas including a guest reception, lounge area, variety of huddle and phone rooms, experience room, large 30-person boardroom, office space for product developers, and the beverage bar.

The Experience Room itself is designed with raised access, clear acrylic flooring as a way to visually reinforce the technology behind their company. Custom wall panels embed subtle branding before you step into the hallway’s large “Deliver on demand” wall lighting design. Custom wallcovering in a row of conference rooms includes a fun easter egg — the client’s name in binary code turned into a visual pattern. Concrete stain with the client’s values round out the office area.

Although not part of the scope, the client took advantage of our ideas for details such as branded pop-of-color mugs, custom magnets to supplement magnetic walls, and posters to introduce the company new values to employees.
